Before any treatment: assess, ask, observe
Good aesthetic work doesn’t change your face — it enhances it and keeps it that way.
- First analyse, then decide: “less, but well indicated, gives a better result”; “the best result is the one nobody notices”; “I’d rather fall short than overload the face”.
- The treatment you’ve chosen isn’t always what your skin needs right now: first we assess your skin, talk about your routine and your goals, and only then choose the treatment.
- How not to get fooled: check the licences and certificates of the clinic and the specialists; ask which products will be used on your skin; be wary of anything too cheap or “miraculous”; listen to your body — if something feels wrong, stop the session.
- What’s normal after a treatment: slight redness that goes away within a few hours, no strong pain or discomfort; the next day the skin should look cared for and calm.
- What isn’t normal: marked redness or swelling for more than 2–3 days; rashes, itching or flaking; burning or intense heat. If that happens, see a professional.
- The basis of all beauty is regularity: care isn’t a luxury, it’s an investment in your beauty and your health.
